In my arrangement of rank (aka graduation), I celebrate the experience of Institute for Integrative Nutrition. A schooling that is so unique and fulfilling. Who’s mission is simple with a profound effect.

As I wrap up the last year, I look at all the information gathered and think “Breathe. Sort. Do.” There is now time to sort the piles, file the sorts, and dig deeper into how my role as a holistic health coach will play out. A quote from Shakespeare has been ringing through my head for weeks now, “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players. They have their exits and their entrances.” Each day is a gift of performance. If we wake up, show is on. When we wake up and the day is more difficult than another, we deal and succumb to the phrase “the show must go on!”. As my show plays out, here are a few things in the works:

  • Collaboration with the ever-so-healing Angela Rauter LMT, L.Ac, DOM (Five Petal Holistic Healing, certified pilates instructor. Currently, putting our head space together to create plans that will keep one focused and empowered in every aspect of life.
  • A seminar/teleclass/demonstration surrounded by the topic of GLUTEN and living a GLUTEN-FREE (at least semi) life.
  • Cabinet clean-outs
  • Grocery store tours
  • Spring garden & blogging all about it
  • Cohesive of all things A Wholesome Approach. A dear friend is working on logo stuff as we speak. Soon, this BLOG, the website, newsletter, etc will be a wrapped in a pretty package.

Grateful for observing this thing called life unfold as it does. Grateful for the idea of Blogs that provide sharing space. Grateful to the readers and supporters of the sharing space.
